Board member were sympathetic but had nothing to <br />offer. <br /> <br />Grading and construction begin on two new developments On <br />Stallings Road <br /> <br />Heavy overnight rains cause significant flooding in Middleton with <br />extensive property damage and life threatening situations. <br />Stallings Road floods in two places, once again isolating residents <br />for approximately four hours. <br /> <br /> <br />
