The Cabarrus County Commissioners and County Manager feel ~ the existence of two separate school <br />districts within Cabarms County compromises the most efficient and effective distribution of lax dollars. <br />This is mainly manifested in the lack of increase in expense dollars to KCS because of CCS rapid growth, <br />and the equal per _r~p/~'ta distribution of bond money without equal growth. <br /> <br />Aware of these concerns, we (CCS, KCS and RCS)"have agreed to hire a third party consullant to make a <br />thorough study of the issues involved.
