Any type WTS Antenna/Tower provided that the following height limitations shall apply: Ty~e Height Limitation (in vertical feet) Stealth None Co-Location on an existing WTS Tower None Attached to or mounted on an existing 150' principal building or structure · Free-standing designed and constructed None to be capable of Co-location Free-Standing designed and constructed 80 { for single provider use *None if designed and constructed for Co-Location Development Standards: Setbacks The following WTS Development shall not be required to provide any additional setbacks except those required by the district in which located for principal buildings and accessory buildings and structures: 1. WTS Development permitted by exceptions to Board of review/approval. 2. WTS Development permitted by All Zontn~ Districts. Adjustment All WTS developed pursuant in the G-C, L-I and G-I Districts shall observe the following setbacks: 1. All V, CI'S Tower and Antenna shall meet the minimum setback for the district in which located. 2. Ail Accessory Equipment structures shall meet the accessory building and structures requirements of the district in,which located. 3. Where the WTS facility adjoins a residential district an additional setback of one-half (h) the height of the Tower and Antenna shall be provided from the residentially zoned property. Where an Antenna is attached to or mounted on an existing building the height of the building shall not count as part of the Antenna for purposes of determining the required setback. Fencin~ Free-standing WTS Development shall be surrounded with an eight (8) foot fence capable of preventing unauthorized entry. Buffer and Screenin~ Free-standing WTS Development shall comply with the Buffer and Screening requirement of Chapter 9 in addition to the fencing requirement above. LiKhts No wireless telecommunication Tower or Antenna shall have affixed or attached to it in any way except during time of repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers, day-time strobes or steady night time light or other illumination devices, except as required by the Federal Aviation Agency, the Federal Communications Commission or the County. This restriction against lights shall not apply to Towers which have been combined with light standards for illumination of ball fields, parking lots, playgrounds, or other similar public USES. i SiKh and AdvertisinK The use of any portion of a Tower for signs or advertising, other than required warning signs, shall he prohibited. Other Attachments No Antenna er Tower shall have constructed thereon, or attached thereto, any platform, catwalk, crows' nest, or like structure for the purpose of human support, except during periods of construction or repair.
