Shirts are to have permanent <br />military creases. <br /> <br />All stitches must be of the proper tension and size so as to avoid puckering <br />af~er the shirt has been laundered and to give best durable press <br />perfmmance. All sewing shall be with dacron core thread to match ~hirt <br />fabric. The collar and cu~s are to be single stitched 1/4" t~om edge. The <br />pocket and flaps shall be single stitched on the edge. <br /> <br />Basic fabric to be an 8 oz. per linear yard 100% texturized woven polyester <br />with a Zelcon finish, and must be a tropical weave, Tex-trop. <br /> <br />Pockets and pocket flaps to be die creased to give uniform shape and size. <br /> <br />The shape and style of both leaf and stand shah conform to the TT111 <br />collar. The points, medium spread, are to be approximately 3-1/2" in <br />length. The back of the stand isto measure 1-1/2". Pejmanent collar stays <br />of proper length are to be sewn inside collar so that no stitches are made <br />through bottom leafi The stand shall fasten with one button. Inner stand <br />and inner yoke to be made of matching 100% nylon Rip-Stop fabric (70/70 <br />denier, 112 x 100) with permanent press finish. The collar on the summer <br />shin is to be a one piece convertible collar. <br /> <br />To be straight and whole. The cuffs are to be 2-7/8" in width and to fasten <br />with two buttons. There is to be a single stitch 7/16" fi.om top of cuff <br />The sleeve opening shall measure 4-7/8" from top of cuff. There shall be a <br />button and button hole on sleeve pocket. The sleeves must be secured to <br />the body of the shirt by means ora merrow stitch with a safety stitch so as <br />to properly strengthen the stitch.
