Quotations were <br />provided by the following companies for sample current employee policies <br />(automobile and homeowners policies): Allmerlca - Mark III Brokerage; Liberty <br />Mutual - Mark III Brokerage; Liberty Mutual - Jeffery Seamon: and Met Life - <br />Larry Parrish. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved implementation of Allmerica Financial's <br />proposal for a voluntary automobile and homeowners/renters insurance program for <br />Cabarrus County employees. <br /> <br />Sale of Al-Jon Compactor <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Mills, seconded by Commissioner Barnhart and <br />unanimously carried, the Board granted permission to receive sealed bids on a <br />1984 A1-Jon Compactor 750 which is currently surplus and out of service. <br />Possible value of equipment is estimated at $7,000.00 to $10,000.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
