Joint facilities in conjunction with schools, other government agencies
4. Joint facilities in conjunction with Fair relocation (if it occurs)

SUMMARY:

An architect can help coordinate and evaluate these options in practical terms to the benefit of any
final decision the Board of Commissioners might make on the alternate relocation of agricultural
related County services.

Additionally, some thought by the County Commission ought to be given to an evaluation of the
types and level of services now provided by the Agricultural Extension Services (et al.) as to long-
term forecast of need and/or duplication with other similar services pi'ovided by the County Schools
or other governmental agencies. An architect's space requirement evaluation may help clarify other
opportunities that may exist.

Your approval of this request is recommended.

FWC/sb
