9. Political Activity Prohibited. None of the funds, materials, property or services contributed by <br />the Agency or the Subgrantee under this Contract shall be used in the Performance of this <br />Contract for any partisan political activity, or to further the election or defeat of any candidate for <br />public office. <br /> <br />10. Religious Activity Prohibited. There shall be no religious worship, instruction or proselytization <br />as part of or in connection with the performance of this Contract. <br /> <br />11. Compliance with Local Laws. The Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable laws, <br />ordinances, and codes of the State and local governments. <br /> <br />12. Properly Mana.qement Standards. Use and disposition of No. nexpendible Personal Property <br />shall be in accordance with Attachment N to Office of Management and Budget Circular A-102. <br />Nonexpendible Personal Property is defined as "tangible personal property having a useful life of <br />more than one year and an acquisition cost of $200.00 or more." The Subcontractor agrees, that <br />title to all Nonexpendible Personal Property purchased with funds provided for the project <br />described in Part III of this Agreement shall rest in the Subgrantee and upon completion or <br />termination of the project for any reason such property shall, upon demand, be delivered to the <br />Grantee. The Subcontractor further agrees that the Subgrantee shall incur no liability for incidents <br />involving property purchased with funds under this contract, and agrees to hold the Subgrantee <br />harmless in the event that claims are presented and upheld against the Subgrantee. <br /> <br />13. Reports and Inspections. The Subcontractor shall make financial, program progress, and <br />other reports as requested by the Subgrantee or the Secretary of the HHS, and will arrange for <br />on-site inspections by the Subgrantee or other representatives at the request of either. <br /> <br />14. Inventory Control. The Subcontractor shall develop and maintain adequate inventory and <br />control systems in order to account for all materials, tools and equipment purchased with grant <br />funds. The value of Inventory shall be reported monthly on the HARRP Progress Report. <br /> <br /> <br />
