approved surveys (and disapproved surveys in cases where the <br />commissioners choose to submit their own survey} to the <br />Department of Public Instruction for the Commission no later <br />than January 15, 1996. We recognize that this may not be much <br />time~ however, accurate and thoughtful lists will be critical in <br />the Commission's determinations as to what the needs truly are <br />and to what extent, and when, the State and local governments <br />can or must provide funds to meet these needs. <br /> <br /> If you have completed the process by the time you receive <br />this, thank you for your commitment to our work. If you will be <br />unable to complete the process by January 15, please send us a <br />letter stating the reason for the delay and the date we can <br />expect to receive your survey. We need to receive this letter <br />no later than Monday, January 8, 1996.
