In an effort to obtain more lift-equipped vehicles, the County should <br />transfer under-utilized standard vehicles to Section 18 counties where possible <br />and replace them with expansion lift-equipped vehicles. (Jan. 1996) <br /> <br />The TAB should schedule monthly meetings to discuss relevant transportation <br />issues and to provide administrative overview of the transportation system. <br />Various needs (i.e. Policy and Procedures manual) should also be discussed. <br />The TAB should develop By-Laws for its organization, and include the <br />designation of officers, agendas for monthly meetings, and other related <br />concerns. This should include the designation <br />of a matching fee for riders accessing transportation services through the use <br />of E&DTAP monies. (Jan. 1996) <br /> <br />The TAB must encourage those agencies or programs not purchasing services <br />currently to become involved in the system. This includes such programs as <br />Work First.
