construct, reconstruct, replace, rebuild, enlarge,
<br />modify, remove, inspect, maintain and use multiple
<br />lines, either overhead or underground or both, for the
<br />purpose of transporting electricity and for the
<br />communications purposes of Company and Company's
<br />assigns. A "line" may consist of underground
<br />conductors, conduits and other necessary apparatus and
<br />appliances, either above or below ground, or overhead
<br />wires, cable and conductors supported by towers, poles
<br />or other structures, spaced at necessary and proper
<br />intervals, and other fixtures, appliances and hardware
<br />deemed necessary by Company to include but not limited
<br />to conduits, static wires, guy wires, anchors, grounds,
<br />footings, foundations, crossarms and insulators.

<br />The Company shall have the right: (a) to clear and to.
<br />keep the Right of Way Strip free of trees (except fruit
<br />trees below 15 feet in height), structures, buildings,
<br />mobile homes and trailers, human graves, wells, swimming
<br />pools, septic or storage tanks, whether above or below
<br />ground, flammable material, building material, wrecked
<br />or disabled vehicles, refuse of any type and all other
<br />objects, whether above or below ground, which may in the
<br />Company's opinion interfere in any way with or endanger
<br />Company's lines or the maintenance and operation of said
<br />lines by Company; (b) to put gates in Grantor's fences
<br />on the Right of Way Strip to give Company access through
<br />Grantor's fences on the Right of Way Strip; and (c) to
<br />plant or maintain shrubs and ornamental trees within
<br />said Right of Way Strip at selected locations.

<br />Grantor reserves all other rights to said Right of Way
<br />Strip not inconsistent with the rights and easements
<br />hereby granted. Such reserved rights shall include, but
<br />shall not necessarily be limited to, the following: (a)
<br />the right to cultivate crops, plants, shrubs and fruit
<br />trees that do not exceed 15 feet in height; (b) the
<br />right to pave, improve and use the Right of Way Strip
<br />for temporary automobile parking provided Grantor
<br />installs adequate protective barriers for Company's
<br />structures; (c) the right to use the Right of Way Strip
<br />for recreation, provided no structures are erected; (d)
<br />the right to retain existing roads, drives, sewer, water
<br />and other utility lines on the Right of Way Strip at
<br />their existing locations as of the date of this
<br />instrument; (e) the right to construct and maintain new
<br />streets, roads, water, sewer and utility lines crossing
<br />said Right of Way Strip provided such facilities conform
<br />to the following requirements: (i) such facilities
<br />cross the Right of Way strip at an angle of not less
<br />
