STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ) <br /> ) <br />COUNTY OF CABARRUS ) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Statute 160A-279 allows the county to convey property <br />to any pubhc or private entity which catiies out a public purpose by private sale; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the same statute directs that the procedural provisions of <br />General Statute 160A-267 shall apply; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to dispose of a 1989 Ford F-350 ambulance. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of <br />Cabarrus County as follows: <br /> <br /> That in accordance with the provisions of General Statute 160A-267, this <br />Board authorizes the County Purchasing Agent to dispose of the 1989 Ford F-350 <br />ambulance at a negotiated price of no less than $12,000.00. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />JEFFREY L.
