NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will <br />hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 5, 1996, in the Commissioners' <br />Meeting Room at the Governmental Center in Concord, N.C. to consider an application <br />from Carolina Sports Medic for a franchise to operate a non-emergency ambulance service <br />in Cabarms County pursuant to the Ambulance Franchise Ordinance adopted on September <br />4, 1990. <br /> <br /> All citizens are invited to attend and present comments relative to the ambulance <br />franchise request. <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
