Since the facility our program will build will be built with <br />monies from our fundraising efforts, and since some of the facilities we will build will <br />benefit the existing Senior Center, and since our fund raising efforts will not start until <br />after the soil investigation is complete, I am writing you to ask if Cabarrus County would <br />be willing to donate the cost of the soil investigation. This would be a very generous act <br />that would create with this small amount of money a seed that would yield a fruitful <br />harvest for our older citizens. <br /> Also, enclosed you will find copies of our proposed floor plan, site layout, borrow <br />area, and boring locations.
