Continued need to provide more timely education to new County <br />Commissioners about the NHCAC and the Ombudsman Proqram. <br /> <br />In the event committee vacancies occur, County Commissioners need to <br />continue to make timely appointments to the NHCAC to ensure no delays <br />in committee activity and to ensure continuity with lonq term care <br />residents. <br /> <br />4. Reduction of Ombudsman hours. <br /> <br />5. Constant staffinq chanqes in facilities. <br /> <br />Committee members are trained and supported by the Ombudsman Program of <br />Centralina Council of Governments, Region F.
