CONCRETE SLAB FLOOR THROUGHOUT. FLOOR TO BE SEALED TO <br /> PREVENT ABSORPTION OF LIQUIDS. <br />19. ROOF IS TO BE OF TRUSS CONSTRUCTION PROVIDING SHELTER <br /> OVER THE ENTIRE CONCRETE AREA. CEILING HEIGHT OVER <br /> CONCRETE PAD AT EAST END OF SHELTER IS TO BE 10 TO ALLOW <br /> VEHICLES TO PULL UNDER SHELTER FOR LOADING AND <br /> UNLOADING OF ANIMALS. GUTTER SYSTEM WILL BE INSTALLED <br /> TO PREVENT EXTREME RUN OFF INTO THE SHELTER AREA. VINYL <br /> SIDING AND TRIM ON EXTERIOR SURFACES. INTERIOR CEILING IS <br /> TO BE OF EXTERIOR PLYWOOD CONSTRUCTION WITH EXTERIOR <br /> WATER RESISTANT PAINT. (CHEAPER METHOD SHOULD BE <br /> EXPLORED TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE ENVIRONMENT <br /> BEING SERVED). <br />20. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR RUNS TO BE POURED WITH FLOOR DRAIN <br /> AT REAR OF RUN ON BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. PROPER SLOPE <br /> WILL BE MAINTAINED TO ASSURE PROPER MOVEMENT OF <br /> MATERIALS BEING WASHED DOWN. WALKWAY AROUND OUTSIDE <br /> OF BUILDING AREA IS TO BE SLOPED AWAY FROM BUILDING TO <br /> PREVENT BLOWN RAIN FROM DRAINING INTO RUNS AND AGAINST <br /> THE ENCLOSED AREAS. <br />21. DRAINS TO BE CONNECTED TO SEWER LINE WITH ENOUGH DROP TO <br /> ASSURE REMOVAL. <br />22. HALL WAY FLOOR WILL HAVE FLOOR DRA1NS EACH 10 FEET. <br />23. THERE SHOULD BE NO SEAMS IN THE FLOORS WHICH WILL BE <br /> INSIDE THE RUN AREAS. THIS IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT BUILD UP <br /> OF WASTE MATERIAL. <br />24. MAIN SEWER LINES TO BE OF ADEQUATE SIZE TO ASSURE PROPER <br /> FLOW, CONSTRUCTED OF PVC WITH CLEAN OUT PORT(S) AT EAST <br /> END OF BUILDING LOCATED BELOW WATER SOURCE SO THAT A <br /> FLOW OF WATER CAN BE STARTED PRIOR TO THE CLEANING <br /> PROCESS TO ASSURE ADEQUATE FLOW OF LIQUID TO MOVE SOLIDS <br /> OUT OF LINES. <br />25. RUN WALLS ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED OF CEMENT BLOCK. ALL <br /> EXPOSED SURFACES OF BLOCK ARE TO BE FILLED AND FINISHED <br /> WITH MATERIAL TO PREVENT ABSORPTION OF WATER. <br /> <br /> <br />
