SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Research North Carolina statutes pertaining to. soil <br />conservation legislation. <br /> <br />Review a number of soil conservation ordinances for content <br />and scope. <br /> <br />Meet, if necessary, with staff from other jurisdictions to <br />review and discuss their ordinances in necessary detail. <br /> <br />Meet with you (and other persons, at your discretion) to <br />review basic findings and to present a basic outline of the <br />ordinance's content. <br /> <br />Based on the results from Step 4, a draft ordinance will be <br />developed. <br /> <br />The draft ordinance will first be submitted to you for your <br />review. At your discretion, a. "review committee" can be <br />established. <br /> <br />Up to three review sessions with the review committee are <br />envisioned. Appropriate changes to the text will be made. <br /> <br />Centralina staff will present the ordinance, as reviewed and <br />recommended by the review committee, to the Board of <br />Commissioners. Centralina will attend up to three meetings <br />with the Board of Commissioners to review and adopt the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Up to twenty-five (25) spiral-bound copies of the Ordinance <br />will be furnished along with a diskette containing the <br />Ordinance in WordPerfect or Microsoft Word format. <br /> <br /> <br />
