Flatten document for full coverage of entire page. Remove wrinkles <br /> and dog-eared comers <br /> 3, Film both sides of page/reports, etc., when applicable <br /> <br /> This document preparation is to be done at no cost to the County. <br /> <br />F. Filming of documents at a rate of $18.75 per 1000 images. <br /> <br />G. Duplication offilm~ including cartridge and box at a cost of $5.75 each. <br /> <br />H. Indexing at no cost to the County. <br /> <br />I. Refilming and splicing at no cost to the County. <br /> <br />QUALITY CONTROL <br />The contractor shall institute and maintain throughout the contract period a properly <br />documented quality control program designed to ensure that the services are provided <br />at all times with accuracy and in all respects in accordance with the contract. The <br />records so created shall be open to inspection by the County. <br /> <br />Quality specifications expected by the County are as follows: <br /> <br />Do <br /> <br />Each image readable (if original is readable) at 32x magnification. <br /> <br />Images complete and square. <br /> <br />Each image clear with only writing or print from ori~nal. (applies only when <br />ori~nal is legible) <br /> <br />Film and index in order provided. <br /> <br />Return records at the request of individual departments. <br /> <br />Reasonable mm-around time <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
