99 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County o£ Cabarrus met in recessed <br />session in the Hult~-Purpose Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental Center ~n <br />Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, Hay 30, 1996, at 5:30 F.H. <br /> <br />Present - Chairman: Jeffrey L. Barnhart <br /> Vice-Chairman: Arne L. Fennel <br /> Commissioners: Sue B. Casper <br /> Kenneth Mllls <br />Absent - Commissioner: Franklin C. Niblock, Jr. <br /> <br /> Also present were Mr. Frank~. Clifton, Jr., County Manager; Mr. John Day, <br />Budget Officer/Area Manager; and Mrs. Frank~e F. Bonds, Clerk to the Board.
