Recommended structure for the <br />Cabarrus County Health Authority Board: <br /> <br />- A member of the Board of Health nominated by the Board <br /> of Health; <br /> <br />- A member of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> or their designee; <br /> <br />- A member of the Cabarms County Medical Society <br /> nominated by the Medical Society; <br /> <br />- A member of the Cabarms Physicians Organization <br /> nominated by the Physicians Organization; <br /> <br />- A member of the Cabarrus Memorial Hospitol Board of <br /> Trustees nominated by the Board of Trustees; and <br /> <br />Two (2) public members recommended by the five (5) <br />appointees listed above but not to come from any of the <br />groups listed above. <br /> <br /> <br />
