PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />Cabarrus County will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 17, 1996 in <br />the Commission Chambers of the Govermnental Center, 65 Church Street South. The <br />subject if the hearing is to publicly discuss a new economic development demonstration <br />grant program announced by the N.C. Department of Commeme using the Work First <br />program to assist persons to get off welfare. The County will discuss a proposal to apply <br />for funding involving a day care facility wishing to hire and train a number of welfare <br />parents. <br /> <br />Ail interested citizens are urged to attend. <br /> <br /> <br />
