STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTAT I ON <br /> <br /> AND <br /> <br />COUNTY OF CABARRUS <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />PROJECT: 4.6100047 <br /> <br /> THIS AGRERMENT, made and entered into this the day of <br /> <br /> , 19 , between the DEPARTMENT OF <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Department, and COUNTY OF CABARRUS, hereinafter <br />referred to as the County: <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department and the County propose to make certain <br />public information/traffic control improvements~ said project to <br />consist of the installation of "Welcome to Cabarrus County" signs at <br />various locations within Cabarrus County~ and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County has agreed to participate in the cost of <br />said project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THERRFORE, the parties hereto, each in consideration of the <br />promises and undertakings of the other as herein provided, do hereby <br />covenant and agree, each with the other, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Department shall install ten (10} "Welcome to Cabarrus <br />County" signs. Said signs shall be installed in accordance with the <br />approved project plans. The Department shall be responsible for <br />designing the signs, providing the signing materials and installing <br />the signs. Said work shall be accomplished in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />
