Construction Co., Inc. of Maxshville, North CaroLina, hereinafter called <br />"BLrlLDER." <br /> <br /> Prince Electric & Construction Co., Inc. is selling lot 4-B , <br /> <br />at The Oaka Estates, Harrisburg, NC 28075 to Buyers for a sum of $38,900.00 <br /> <br />with a downpayment of t,000.00 . Sale to be closed within 45 days from <br /> <br />date of contract. Buyers to exercise their best efforts to obtain financing within this 45 <br />day period. If Buyer cannot obtain financing we will refund downpayment. The above <br />lot' shall comply or meet all recorded restrictions of The Oaks Estates. The said lot <br />may be sold, traded, or given to another but all restrictions follow any transfer. <br /> <br /> The Buyers agree that if home if built on said lot within first five years from date of <br />purchase, Prince Electric & Construction Co., Inc. shall be the builder.
