I have broken down the series of events that have taken place since the <br />Division of Energy first approached us concerning their consolidation plans in an outline form. <br />Please let me know if more detailed information is necessary for the Board of Commissioners <br />meeting on September 16. <br /> <br />I have discussed this situation with leffBarnhart as you advised. I understand his concerns with <br />the Salisbury-Rowan Community Service Council and he understands our situation concerning the <br />Division of Energy funding and the effect of this grant on our Weatherization / Housing and <br />Home Improvement program. He asked for a copy of this information. He said he will contact <br />me later this week if he has any questions. <br /> <br />I have called Mr. A.T. Harris, the Executive Director of the Salisbury-Rowan Community Service <br />Council to invite him to attend the September 16 Board of Commissioners meeting. He has not <br />returned my call yet. However, I will continue my attempts to contact Mr. Harris until I <br />personally talk to him. <br /> <br />Thank you for your support in this effort.
