After these <br />regulations are in place, the possibility of consolidating some planning <br />functions can then be considered. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Fennel, seconded by Chairman Barnhart with <br />Commissioners Fennel and Niblock and Chairman Barnhart voting for, the Board <br />approved the administrative changes to the Organization Plan for Cabarrus County <br />as presented.
