Reconfirm that the County's basic inspection positions be that of Inspector <br /> (at salary grade 66) with a NC Standard Certificate Level II - in the desired <br /> primary trade. <br />2. Establish that if, a qualified individual (Level II Certification), cannot <br /> be employed, a lesser certified applicant may be considered for employment <br /> as an Apprentice Inspector (at salary grade 65) in a work against status, <br /> until reaching Level II Certification. <br />3.
