2. Determination of the level of maintenance acceptable for public use to continue, and a <br /> commitment to that level if facilities and equipment are to continue in use. <br /> <br />3. Acknowledgement and acceptance of facility maintenance responsibility needs and <br /> budgetary control at the appropriate levels. <br /> <br />4. Verification of public use to validate that existing facilities justify continued <br /> maintenance or further expansion. <br /> <br />Reevaluation of future recreational capital projects, budgets and policy formulation <br />with emphasis on delineation of responsibilities among the County, school systems, and <br />community groups. <br /> <br />6. Routine follow-up inspectionsfinventodes (possibly annually) to verify any actions <br /> initiated are being pursued and remain viable. <br /> <br />Finally, it is recognized that these issues when viewed in the light of more pressing needs may pale <br />in importance.
