There was no <br />one present to address the Board, and Chairman Barnhart closed that portion of <br />the meetin&. <br /> <br />Closed Session to Consider and Establish a Ne~otiatin~ Position in the <br />Acquisition of Real Property as Authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a}(5) <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to gO into closed session to discuss the <br />acquisition of real property as authorized by NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5). The property <br />was identified as a commercial piece of property formerly operated under a lease <br />by K-Mart in Kannapolis. <br /> <br /> <br />
