Little, Director <br />Cabarms County Parks and Recreation Department <br /> <br />Grant of Right-of-Way Request <br /> <br /> On January 24, 1995, the Cabarrus-Rowan Park Commission reviewed and approved for <br />the City of Kannapolis a peunanent right-of-way 30' wide by 100' long along the east side of <br />Glenn Avenue for the construction and maintenance of a new bridge on Glenn Avenue. The Park <br />Commission also approved to donate this right-of-way for the maintenance and construction of <br />the bddge. <br /> <br /> Approval will be required by the Rowan and Cabarms County Boards of Commissioners <br />for this permanent right-of-way.
