ARTICLF. X. TERMINATION <br /> <br />In accordance with N.C.G.S. 160A-464(9), the undersigned units of local government <br />may request tev~i~ination of this agreement at any time upon six months prior written <br />notice, such termination to be effective when the Governor considers SDA redesignation <br />at the end of the current two.year program. <br /> <br /> ARTICL~ XI.
