RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ARTICI.I~.S <br /> OF ASSOCIATION AND <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CENTRALINA JOB TRAINING CONSORTIUM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the counties of Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan, Stanly, and Union <br />as independent and contiguous units of general purpose local government do hereby agree <br />to continue as the Centralina Job Training Consortium to act jointly as a Service Delivery <br />Area (SDA) under the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) of 1982, as amended. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain technical revisions to the original "Articles of Association" <br />and subsequent amendments have been made for Program Years 94 and 95 and have been <br />executed by the Chairman of this Board on behalf of this county, subject to ratification <br />of such action by this Board; now, therefore it is <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the execution of the aforesaid "Articles of Association and <br />Agreement For The Centralina ,lob Training Consortium" by our Chairman is ratified and <br />adopted by this Board. <br /> <br />The foregoing resolution is adopted by <br /> <br />the County <br /> <br />Board of Commissioners on this date <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br />/RESOLUT.95 <br /> <br /> <br />
