PETITION 95-01(T) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE 1T ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Amend Chapter 7, Section 4, Number 17 as follows: <br /> <br />1. Add the Medium Density Residential zoning district to those in which <br /> "Home Occupation, Rural" is permitted by standards. <br /> <br />2. Amend part"al' adding a final sentence that would read: "No outside <br /> storage shall be permitted in the MDR zoning district" <br /> <br />3. Add part "i" to the list of standards to read: "i". Minimum lot size. In the <br /> Agricultural/Open, Countryside Residential, and Low Density Residential zoning <br /> districts, lots must meet the standard minimum size requirements for those <br /> districts. In the Medium Density Residential zoning district, minimum lot size <br /> shall be two (2) acres. <br /> <br />Chapter 3, Section 7b, Number 3 will also nce~d to be amended to add "Home Occupation, <br />Rural" to the list of "Permitted with Performance Standards." <br /> <br />Adopted this the day of <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />, 199~by the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> <br />Jeffrey L.
