This study shall encompass all program and <br />administrative units of each County department to identify an efficient organi?atiunal <br />structure, the staffing requirements, and work flow processes and procedures which will <br />enable Cabarms County to obtain effective and efficient desired programmatic results. <br /> <br />m. BACKGROUND 12XlFORMATION <br /> <br />The work force within Cabarrus County consists of 675 permanent full time positions, 235 <br />permanent part-time positions and 48 te,-l,orary positions.
