FIRM EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Consulting firms wishing to respond to this request must list similar completed projects in <br />like studies for counties, cities, states, schools or other public agencies, including the <br />name, address, and telephone number of a contact person. Include a description of the <br />study, the nature of the entity's function and the size of the entity. <br /> <br />VIII. PROPOSED STAFF EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Provide the names and qualifications of the staffproposed for the study. <br /> <br />Provide a description of the methodology to be used in conducting the study to <br />include proposed techniques for gathering information for the study and evaluation <br />strategies. <br /> <br />IX.
