Section 10-16.1 Res£dent£al, Commercial and Unpermitted Nondomestlc Users. <br /> <br />Regular sewer service fees and charges will be assessed to each residential, <br />commercial and unpermitted nondomestic user for the use of the sewer systems to <br />recover the costs incurred of the operation and administration of the collection and <br />wastewater treatment systems. <br /> <br />Section 10-16.2 Permitted Nondomestic Users. <br /> <br />In addition to the regular sewer service fees and charges, sewer surcharges shall <br />be assessed to each permitted nondomestic user as applicable and in accordance with <br />Section 10-3.3. The fees, including sampling and program fees, will be for the use <br />of the sewer system to recover the cost incurred for the operation and <br />administration of the pretreatment program and the treatment system. <br /> <br />Section 10-16.3 Penalties for Failure to Pay. <br /> <br />Payment of charges, fees, and assessments shall be made monthly and shall be due as <br />specified on the bill. If any charges remain after the specified due date, a notice <br />will be sent and a penalty will be applied to the unpaid balance in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions governing payments set by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Section 10-16.4 Termination of Services. <br /> <br />If any charges remain, after the final due date set by the Executive Director in <br />accordance with Board of Directors policy and procedures, water and sewer services <br />may be terminated. Before service can be reinstated, the balance and a reconnection <br />fee must be paid in full. <br /> <br />Section 10-17 Special Agreements. <br /> <br />Nothing in Article shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or <br />arrangement between the Soard of Directors and any user of the wastewater treatment <br />system whereby wastewater of unusual strength, character or quantity is accepted <br />into the system and specially treated subject to any payments or user charges as may <br />be applicable, provided such wastewater will not interfere with the treatment <br />process, sludge disposal options, NPDES permit compliance or cause a violation of <br />water quality standards. <br /> <br />Section 10-18 Reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />
