A fee of $360/month will be charged for patient fees if a client receives <br /> services for at least 24 days during a month. <br /> <br />A fee of $12/day will be charged for patient fees receiving service for <br />less than 24 days in a month. <br />(Total of $8640.00 computed from average use by Cabarrus Co. of <br />$360.00 x 24 months) <br /> <br /> * Total cost of services are over $120/day per client.
