Services to be covered by CBA funds will be authorized by the Juvenile Court <br /> Counseling Service. <br /> B. A referral will be made by.the court counselor contacting Rick Helms, M.A. on-site <br /> at the courthouse or by calling Esther Winters at the Cabarrus Mental Health ~enter. <br /> Rick Helms will typically conduct the assessment and coordinat~ further treatment <br /> services with the court counselors as indicated by the assessment. <br /> C. Termina'ti0ns will based on completion of servcies, noncompliance with the ~ <br /> treatment plan, or referral to other services. This will be coordinated with the <br /> clinician and court counselor. <br /> <br />6) The primary modalities used in working with the youth and their families include: <br /> individual, group, and family therapy. <br /> <br />7) Program Activities A.
