CABARRUS <br /> <br />July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996 <br /> <br />The Older Americans Act requires that the service provider attempt to provide services to <br />low-income minority individ,mls in accorO~nce to their need for aging services. The <br />community service provider shall specify how the service needs of low-income minority <br />elderly will be met through the services identified on the Provider Services Summary <br />(DOA-732). This narrative shall address outreach and service delivery methodologies <br />that w/ll ensure that this target population is adequately served and conform with specific <br />objectives established by the Area Agency on Aging, for providing services to low <br />income minority individ-als.
