Co <br /> <br />If the Final Plat is Drawn in Two or More Sections - each section shall be <br />accompanied by a key map showing the location of the sections, match lines <br />shall be shown and labeled, and maps shall have reference to each other (i.e. <br />map 1 of 2, map 2 of 2, etc.). <br /> <br />7. Vicinity Map - as shown on preliminary plat. <br /> <br />8. North Arrow - north arrow and declination. <br /> <br />Restrictive Covenants - where restrictive covenants are proposed reference <br />shall be made on the final plat as to d~-~l book and page number of recorded <br />covenants, or space shall be provided to insert the d~-"ad book and page <br />number if the covenants have not been recorded. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Road Maintenance - statement as to who will maintain the roads and <br />drainage systems until such time when they may be turned over to the proper <br />governmental agency for their maintenance. Deed Book and Page Number <br />must be shown if a road maintenance agreement has ~n recorded for that <br />purpose. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Lot Area Reservation - If public water and sewer is not currently available to <br />the subdivision, but will be extended to that area, then the subdivider may <br />indicate on the face of the final plat that the lots may be further divided, as <br />permitted by zoning when water and sewer is available to the site. <br /> <br />Certifications - the following certificates shall be shown on the Final Plat as <br />applicable: <br /> <br />1. CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSI-II~ AND DEDICATION <br /> <br />I (We) hereby certify that I am (we are) the owner(s) of the property shown <br />and described hereon and that I (We) hereby adopt this plan of subdivision <br />with my (our) free consent, established minim-~ building lines, and <br />dedicate all roads, alleys, walks, parks, and other sites to the public use <br />except as noted.
