Pilkinggon, Health Director <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> TO: <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Fred Pilkington <br />cappie Stanley~ <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Immunization Mini-grant <br /> <br />DATE: May 11, 1995 <br /> <br /> The Immunization Section of DEHNR is accepting proposals <br />from local health departments to assess community wide <br />immunization rates and to develop intervention strategies for <br />selected populations, i.e. day care children and WIC clients. <br />I would like to apply for a grant in the amount of $ 20,000. <br />for the period July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. <br /> <br /> This grant would allow us to continue the work that we <br />began in January of this year with our WIC and day care <br />populations and would also provide computer software and <br />personnel to assess immunization rates of all Cabarrus County <br />children. <br /> <br /> <br />
