Through the use of fiscal analysis zones, <br />it is likely that there will be "lumpy" capital facilities that need to be <br />built in certain years to serve growth. The document will contain a <br />narrative describing the basis for the assumptions as well as the actual <br />data itself. The draft will sent to the County for its "sign off". After <br />mutually agreed changes are made the final document will be issued. <br /> <br />Work Product: Level of Service and Cost Factor Document <br /> <br />Design and Run the Fiscal Impact Analysis Model <br /> <br />Based on the information collected for the County, we will design our <br />fiscal impact model. We will input the data and run the system for <br />the five services. We will then analyze the results as part of the next <br />task. <br /> <br />Work Product: See Below <br /> <br />Prepare Fiscal Impact Report Including Strategies and <br />Implementation Alternatives <br /> <br />We will prepare a fiscal impact report which describes in succinct <br />fashion the fiscal findings for the five services and the three subareas. <br />The report will also include our suggested alternatives for strategies <br />and implementation. It is anticipated the report will have the <br />following categories: <br /> <br /> <br />
