Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />May 18, 1995 <br /> <br />Page 26 <br /> <br />STANDARDS <br /> <br />a) Minimum Lot Size- <br /> <br />Low Density Residential- three acres <br />Medium Density Residential -five acres <br /> <br />b) Any building housing livestock shall be at least 150 feet from <br />both the nearest building with human inhabitants and the nearest <br />property line. <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall said the property owners have requested that the board consider <br />this. He said it is up to the board if they would like to take action. The Staff <br />would recommend that you take action if you agree that this change is <br />necessary. <br /> <br />There being no further comments, Mr. Jeter MOTIONED to approve Petition 95- <br />03Ct), seconded by Mr. Moose. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />Subdivision Regulations - At the Commissioners meeting the Subdivision <br />Regulations were approved. There was a slight modification to the regulations, <br />the word unpaved was added to clarify a point. <br /> <br />Utilities - The Commissioners approved the utilities merger. <br /> <br />Mr. Newton said one of the provisions that was put into the zoning ordinance in <br />1993 requires bi-annual review. We have four spots in the County that we have <br />identified over the past one and half years as needing some considered changes. <br />Two of which were brought before you tonight. We have two other areas that <br />we are looking at. We have been going through the zoning ordinance making <br />text changes, that is part of the two year review that we will be going through. <br />I-Ie said he appreciates the board's diligence in working through each of those <br />items. <br /> <br />Midland Plan Addendum - The Commissioners tabled it until their June 19, 1995 <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
