It i~ our <br />-n4e~siaixli~ that we will only be required to prepare the detailed master plan map and an <br />es_tln~__~ of probable cost for the implementation of the park. <br /> <br />Caban-us County Parks and Recreation will providc the following infonnati0n lo Woolpert to <br />aide hi the preparation of the master plan map: <br /> <br />- Site analysis inforrr~t~on for the site and adjacent prope~xie~. <br />· Existing utility information within and adjacent to the park site. <br />· Existing be~ map inform~_ion regarding topography and vegetation within a~ adjacent to <br /> the park. <br />· Soils information about d~e site. <br />· Adjacent land usc information. <br />· Cultural and natural aspects of the pv0posed park site. <br /> <br />Woolpcrt will have a start up meeting with Cai)arms County Parks and Recreation <br />Depazmient to ondine lite proposed design. Woolpett will then devetop one master plan <br />concept f~om the information given. A second meeting will bc held with the clien~ to review <br />thc work-ia progr~s plan. A final review meeting will be held with the client to review the <br />final __m~_~cr plan and th~ estlro.~te of probable costs. All three mey~__!n~s will be held at the <br />Charlotte office of Woolpen. <br /> <br />Woolpert will provide onc rendered (colored) m~,ter plan at 1",,, I00'-4)' or other suilable <br />scale. One original rept'~xlucible of the plan on mylar will al~O be provided to the owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
