Master Plan Report: Develop Master Plan report <br /> <br />· 1%1~1i~: Presentations: Final Master Plan presentations to Cabarrus County Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission and to Cabarrus County Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> <br />Fee Estimate <br /> <br />The estimated fee for the tasks listed above is approximately $35,000. <br /> <br />Sustification: <br /> <br />A comprehensive Master Park Plan is essential in securing Grants/Donations Funding from <br /> State, Federal Governments, and Private Sources for Park Improvements. <br /> <br />A Master Park Plan serves as a Park Blueprint to orderly development of proposed <br /> recreation programs and park facilities. <br /> <br />The Master Planning Process allows for public input session for the purpose obtaining <br /> meaningful input into the programs and facilities development. <br /> <br />The Master Plan will also recommend Phasing Development Plan. <br /> <br />The Plan will provide detailed construction cost estimates. <br /> <br />The Planning Process will also utilize the Master Plan to gather input from the public <br /> pertaining the fees structure and other forms of revenue generated for the park. <br /> <br />The Master Planning Consultant will prepare conceptual plan alternatives (not more than <br /> three) which will illustrate reasonable development options for configuration of the <br /> program facilities on the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
