In review of the low bid to the project budget, the project is overbid. A <br />further review determined that the project was bid out for an area larger than the CDBG <br />target area. Gully Street, Yale Avenue, a portion of Princeton Avenue, Avalon Drive, and <br />Avalon Circle were included. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the low bid proposal and deducted the additional line work.
