The time period for the performance of ENGINEER's services as set forth in Section 4 <br />of said Agreement are amended as follows: <br /> <br />CDM will deliver a draft report for the County's review within three weeks of receiving the <br />results of the last sampling event. A final report will be submitted to the SWS within one <br />week of receiving the County's comments. <br /> <br />The method of payment for services rendered by ENGINEER as set forth in Item B of <br />said Agreement is amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />For the Basic Services performed by ENGINEER under Section I of this Work Order, <br />OWNER agrees to pay ENGINEER the lump sum fee not to exceed $45,500, partial payments <br />to be made monthly in accordance with the percentage of work completed that month.
