Attended by Cabarrus County PIC member Tonia Black-Gold. <br /> <br />Monitoring by SYETP interns of Cabarrus County participants, worksites, supervisors, <br />Academic Enrichment training, and program operations for compliance with Title II-B <br />SYETP contract. Prepared and distributed monitoring evaluation reports of Employment <br />Security Commission-Concord local office Work Experience activities on August 31 and <br />Kannapolis City Schools Academic Enrichment activities on August 21. <br /> <br />Participated in meeting of Governor's Commission on Workforce Preparedness One-Stop <br />Grant Steering Committee in Raleigh on August 16. <br /> <br />Attended monthly DET-SDA Directors meeting in Raleigh on August 30. <br /> <br />Participated with Centralina PIC Chairman Dow Perry in N.C. PIC Association meeting with <br />Governor's Commission staff and SDA directors in Raleigh on August 29. Discussed <br />implementation of One-Stop Grant in N.C. and the transition of private industry councils <br />(PICs) to Workforce Development Boards (WDBs). <br /> <br />Participated in N.C. Workforce Development Training Institute committee meeting in <br />Raleigh on August 28. <br /> <br />Attended USDOL sponsored "Financial Management Technical Assistance" workshop in <br />Atlanta on August 24-25. <br /> <br />Reviewed, processed, & corrected Monthly Performance Reports from contractors. <br /> <br />Provided technical assistance to JTPA/NCETGP contractor staff, <br /> <br />Processed Monthly <br />contractors. <br /> <br />Financial Status Reports & Requests for Funds from program <br /> <br /> Aging Activities <br /> <br />HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE BLOCK GRANT SERVICES (HCCBG) <br />Facilitated meeting of the in-home aide service supervisors. <br /> <br />Facilitated quarterly meeting of the nutrition program directors/supervisors. <br /> <br />Received and processed Aging Resources Management System (ARMS) monthly reports <br />at Centralina and submitted to the Division of Aging, <br /> <br /> <br />
