2. Left for longer than 24 hours on property owned or operated by the county; <br /> <br /> 3. Left for longer than two hours on private property without the consent or the owner, <br /> occupant, or lessee of the property; <br /> <br /> 4. Left for longer than seven days on public grounds. <br /> <br />Junk Vehicle - Any motor vehicle that: <br /> <br /> 1. Does not display a current license tag and registration; or <br /> <br /> 2. Is partially dismantled or wrecked; or <br /> <br /> 3. Cannot be self propelled or moved in a manner in which it originally was intended to <br /> move; or <br /> <br /> ,1.
