Chapter Seven * Performance Based Standards (PBS) <br /> <br />5) Minimundmaximum I0t sizes. <br /> <br />a) High densi .ty/mixed use residential and the office/limited commercial: <br /> -Minimum .lot size - one acre <br /> -Maximum lot size - three acres <br /> <br />b) General commercial: <br /> iMinimum lot size - one acre <br /> -Maximum lot size - none <br /> <br /> 6) Landscaping, fencing. All SSSFs are subject to the buffering and landscaping set <br />forth in Chapter Nine of this Ordinance. Additionally, a minimum six foot fence is <br />required about the perimeter of the development with the following exception. Fencing <br />may be eliminated when the mtural layout of the storage facility's rear wall line forms a <br />buffer. Portions of the fence which face arterial or residential streets are to be solid or <br />semisolid and pleasingly decorative. <br /> <br />7) Storage. No outside storage is permitted in either the high density residential/mixed <br />use zone or the office/limited commercial zones. <br /> <br />Stables, commercial <br /> <br /> Zones permitting based on standards: <br />*Countryside residential, low density residential. <br />STANDARDS: <br /> <br />a) Acreage, The facility must be sited on at least five (5) acres. <br /> <br />b) Siting. The following setbacks are required in addition to those of the zoning <br />district: i) No activity area, including p~tures or runs, shall be located closer than <br />t0 feet to any property line. <br /> <br />ii) Any building housing animals shall be located a minimum of 300 feet from any <br />residentially zoned property. <br /> <br />117 <br /> <br /> <br />
