Meeting Date 12./5./95 <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Public Health Authority - Discussion of the Appointment of a Task Force <br /> <br />The Board adopted the following motion on November 16, 1995. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Barnhart, seconded by Commissioner Fennel and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to adopt the proposed Public Health Authority in <br />concept and that the Board of Commissioners appoint a Task Force to put together more <br />specifics and a detailed financial analysis as well as bring back some potential candidates for <br />appointment to the Authority.
