F. <br />Shinn Contractor, Inc. This Contractor does a lot of work in <br />this area for government agencies and private developers, and is <br />well qualified and dependable. <br /> <br /> We are hopeful that financially you wi'il be able.toaward <br />the Alternate Bid, which is the 8 inch force main. This will <br />increase the capacity of the force main by 80 percent. We have <br />had discussions from four large property owners who are <br />interested in residential development in the area and anticipate <br />additional commercial development along NC 24/27 due to this <br />project. It appears that development in this area will progress <br />faster than we had anticipated. If the money is available it <br />would be wise to install the 8 inch force main for the additional <br />capacity. <br /> <br /> <br />
